I love the food from here, just wish they could update Grubhub and Ubereats so that you can order all pizzas. I live outside the delivery area and I have to call so they can add the pizza (Hawaiian) and hand it to the driver. the apps only allow you to select the pizza specials. Please fix this soon. Other than that no complaints the food here is delicious.

The old chunky blond white lady who works the front must be on drugs. It took her 3 tries to get the order right. Also , 35 minute wait for a regular slice is insane.

I placed an order on Tuesday, 31October2023 at the counter for one Large Sicilian Pizza with Pepperoni. The Pizza cost in total $20.50 and was ready in approximately 20 minutes. The pizza was prepared well and had a nice taste to it. I would state this pizza was "scary good" for an early Halloween dinner.

Big Al’s unfortunately just lost a family of long term customers. We love their food, pizza, and Stromboli’s and order frequently from here. We ordered tonight and clarified the ingredients we wanted on a Stromboli multiple times. When the food arrived we realized it was wrong, so we called and respectfully asked if we could get the correct food since the order was wrong. Whoever was on the phone tonight was disrespectful and had a lack of customer service. After being hung up on we called back and asked to speak with a manager to hopefully dissolve the wrong food issue with someone in a better mood and the same woman answered the phone and said there was no manager or person in charge to talk to. I’m not sure if she had a bad night but there was no way for her to talk to us the way she did. We are consistent paying customers and owners of a small business so we know how hard it is to deal with the neighborhood and customers etc. when they have issues but we also recognize customer service is the core to this business. Disappointed to say the least and will not be ordering back here again in fear of our food being messed with.

Such nice service at Al's. I've ordered from here numerous times. They were short staffed one time and the manager actually delivered my food which was an awesome surprise! lol. Shows that they care. Anything labeled "Rancho" is amazing!!! I also ADORE their chicken parm egg rolls - life changing. I'm also a huge fan of their chicken Caesar salad - so many places half-do that simple meal but this place's wasn't a throw away salad - it was yum! Their cheesesteaks and hoagies are also great staples and deserve their own praise.
