my boyfriend and i went here for lunch at around 2pm. only a few workers present on the floor, but the line went very quickly and smoothly.
i ordered a build your own pizza. i mentioned that i wanted vegan cheese, and the employee confirmed if i was fully vegan and asked if i had any allergies. i confirmed that i was fully vegan and that i did not have any other allergies, and the worker actually changed gloves ahead of making my pizza! i they also used a separate vegan-only pizza cutter while cutting my pizza.
i try not to be a "pushy" vegan when i visit omnivore restaurants, so i had zero expectation of a glove change or use of a designated pizza cutter. i was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative!!
the pizza itself was delicious as well. i'm unsure of what brand of vegan cheese they use, but it melted perfectly and tasted great. i got olives, roasted garlic, and pineapple on my pizza (yes, i'm one of those people).
overall, great vegan experience at an omni fast casual chain! will definitely keep coming back to this location :)

I haven’t gone to this location in a while and decided it would be a good quick pizza spot to eat with my family visiting from another country. Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience thanks to RAY the blonde employee assembling the pizzas. From the start, she was rude, slamming ingredients onto our pizza with an unpleasant nasty attitude. If you’re going to act like this… take the day off and relax. She even yelled at a family member who doesn’t speak English to move to the back of the line, despite us ordering and translating for her. Ray continued with a nasty attitude, even directing it toward another family member. To top it off, she placed the un-sanitized order number directly on top of our pizza. This was a very unpleasant experience and we won’t be coming back to this location.

It is obviously under new franchise management because the staff & service were horrible. Definetly changed their menu and procedures since i was there 6 months ago. Everyone behind the service counter was *High* and I'm not talking about their height. Too much *Horseplay and not enough customer service. I was wondering why it was empty when I walked in on a Saturday night on a college campus. I'll never return to that location again. 🍕👎🏾

kyla and amber were by far the BEST employees I have had at Blaze. They were so nice and helpful. They recommended the cinnamon bread and it did not disappoint! Will come back!

Ordered delivery. Got two pizzas and an entree salad. Salad consisted of lettuce, some Parmesan cheese, croutons and a Caesar dressing. For $11, it was definitely not worth it. Largely flavorless.
Pizzas were the most disappointing, however. I was excited to try given the strong reviews. Perhaps the delivery time subtracted from our experience, but my daughter and I both thought they were no better than three stars. Crust was hard, not chewy. And toppings were not impressive.

Awesome pizza! Make it the way you want, with all customisations and toppings you like. I go with a mix of marinara and pesto sauce, fresh mozzarella and blue cheese, toppings. It is really tasty and good value for money too. Their pesto garlic bread is delicious too.

I went into Blaze with a friend and the young girl without a hat was very rude. She was rolling her eyes and wouldn’t speak to ask what we wanted on the pizza. I came in for something to eat, not to be on the receiving end of a bad day. This was my first time back since the store reopened and I was very disappointed with the service

I went in here to grab a little pizza for lunch. To my surprise there’s an employee here with long hair down to his back, a white male. He was around the food twirling his hair, no hair net, touching the food without gloves. That’s unacceptable in a food establishment. The worst part is, I wasn’t even going to write a review until I saw strands of his hair falling on the counter that he was wiping away. Put a hair net on, it’s not that hard.

A tasty and filling meal!P.S. they have crusts to accommodate every dietary need, from regular to gluten-free to cauliflower and even keto!
