Blue crabs are so good. Shrimp is good with butter only, seasoning makes them too salty. Seafood salad is good, too. Buy the butter

This my first time there and once I got home with my crabs that I was so looking forward to we’re absolutely disgusting first of all I asked for all males and there a mix of females and males and under the hard shell there was absolutely no meat it was just a lot stuff that was not edible and water they were just absolutely horrible. I’m so disappointed. I really want my money back.

My first initial experience at Bob's was I wouldn't spend my money here if they paid me, I don't care how good you say the food is. My second experience however was very different then the first. My 1st time staff was blatantly rude to the customers and that's not the kind of service I pay for. This time was calm and respectful due to who was working at the time I assume. Food was Wonderful!!!! Some of the staff need a major attitude adjustment. The line can also be crazy depending on when you go. I waited 2 hours before.

Parking: Located on very busy street. So parking can be difficult at times.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes this establishment is wheelchair accessible.

Never again. Haven't been there in a while, had a taste for crabs, so to Bobs I went. None of my crabs had seasoning on it, the shirts were rubbery and hard, and had this weird taste to it. I am so disappointed.and the customer service us horrible.throw the whole stor away, I stood in that long line and wasted time..she crabs us wayyyy better yall.

I’m not a complainer but the service and food was so bad, I had to leave a review. To start I waited 50 minutes in line and in that time, the guy at the window had only taken 3 orders. Then he announced splitting the line based on sautéed crabs vs regular. So people who had just walked up that wanted regular crabs were able to go to the front and get their orders taken. After 55 minutes I decided to order on line while I was in line. 5:50 is when I place my order and it gave me a time of 6:30 to pick up. 6:30 I go to the line and waited, and waited and waited. My number was 8050. There were people waiting with numbers like 8019. I got my food at 7pm. I arrived at the store at 4:45! Got home and had mushy soggy broccoli, a bland potato (literally 1 small potato cut into 4 pieces) and dry crabs! I ordered extra jumbo and the were not that at all! I paid $8 for the veggie platter and it was pathetic! Imagine biting into overcooked broccoli and margarine oozes from it! I’ve never had worse than this. I only came to this place because my usual place was closed and I really wanted crabs! I have never been so disappointed with food that I threw my food away, but that’s exactly what I did! $50.50 wasted. Never again!

I was addicted to bobs like 2 seasons straight lol, but the last 3x I’ve gotten food poisoning so it’s a done deal for me coach. Employees are nice, wait time is 40 m on the site so it makes sense it takes that long when you order there in person. Sometimes they don’t turn the site on so you have to order there which sucks. Even if you order online you do still have to wait a substantial amount of time to get your food if it is busy.

Parking: Don’t pull into the lot. You’ll be stuck in there if it’s busy everyone always blocks the exit.

Food always delicious, but they should have a separate line for those ppl who order ahead and are just picking up. Doesn't make sense to order ahead and have to wait in the same long line as those who are placing an order.

Its been a couple years since I purchased crabs from this location. Things has changed. The prices is not bad. The service is bad. Some crabs was light. The crqbs were bland. I will not come back to this location.

Bob’s(29th & Chalmers) used to be one of my favorite places to grab some good crabs from & I had previously given them a high rating. I had to come back and change that! On my most recent visit (May 24) I ordered 6 Xtra large sautéed crabs, which came to $28. Their Xtra large used to be a good size and heavy but this time they were definitely a size small…smaller than my palm. I know it’s not fully crab season yet so I would have been ok with the size BUT the size wasn’t the main issue. The crabs were BLACK under the bottom and had a foul smell like poop and ammonia. Not to mention that ONLY ONE of the 6 little crabs had both big claws and there weren’t any loose ones in the platter. I had gotten all the way home and could not go to return them that evening but I called them to let them know. The man on the phone was immediately ready to debate with me about why the crabs looked and smelled like that claiming the seasoning they use make them turn black and smell funny. I have been eating crabs my whole life and know this was a lie. He told me he couldn’t do anything unless I returned them that night. He said he would give me a “fresh” batch. Aren’t ALL the crabs supposed to be a fresh batch?? I wasn’t taking that drive at almost 10 pm plus I decided I would NEVER support them with my business again and just took it as a loss. This was the FIRST time ever in my life I got crabs and threw ALL of them in the trash.
