I ordered 12 sauté clams which I only rreceived11.corn broccoli and potatoes and I received 1 potato cut in to 4s
Usually I don’t have any issues with my crabs with the exception of them not having females, but today all my crabs were light and full of water. I’m so irked!!!
I love Bob's crabs (steamed and sautéed), fried shrimp, steamed shrimp, veggie platters, juice and slushies.
Haven't been in awhile so I was opened minded. It has changed. You no longer go inside. So won't be going on bad weather days. The gentleman that waited on me both times was very nice and helpful. Ron aka lil Bob. The 🦀 crabs were meaty and a good size. The taste was just as I remembered 😋 delicious 😋 Will be definitely going back 😋
They are not considered of the customer time . The wait time for your food is 2-3 hours don’t matter if you order online or in person . Staff is not helpful and don’t update you on your order . Horrible customer service .
It is definitely in the hood of Philadelphia, so therfore, it may not be the best atmosphere as far as waiting for your food, if you're a person who looking for overall great customer service versus just great blue shell crabs and seafood.
The workers seem often tired and moody because of the amount of people they have to service along with some of the customers attitudes 🙄 😒!
THE LADY WITH THE FINGER WAVES HAIRSTYLE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH HER.
Online website / and google shows that the place opens at 4:30pm. I did an online order to pick up at 5:00pm it was not ready. Then when I asked when will it be ready she proceeded to speak with another employee IN FRONT OF ME and stated FINGER WAVE LADY: “I’m not worried about her order, she’ll get it when it’s ready”
To respond to a customer like that when the order stated it will be ready for pick up at 5:00pm is very unprofessional and uncomfortable towards the customer who only followed the EXACT time given.
Then she proceeded on speaking on how I must’ve been raised because she did not like the fact I told her it’s not okay to speak about a customer in front of an employee.
If you want your day messed up please proceed with coming here because I’ve been told this experience happens often with customers who order from here.

Blue crabs are so good. Shrimp is good with butter only, seasoning makes them too salty. Seafood salad is good, too. Buy the butter

This my first time there and once I got home with my crabs that I was so looking forward to we’re absolutely disgusting first of all I asked for all males and there a mix of females and males and under the hard shell there was absolutely no meat it was just a lot stuff that was not edible and water they were just absolutely horrible. I’m so disappointed. I really want my money back.

My first initial experience at Bob's was I wouldn't spend my money here if they paid me, I don't care how good you say the food is. My second experience however was very different then the first. My 1st time staff was blatantly rude to the customers and that's not the kind of service I pay for. This time was calm and respectful due to who was working at the time I assume. Food was Wonderful!!!! Some of the staff need a major attitude adjustment. The line can also be crazy depending on when you go. I waited 2 hours before.
Parking: Located on very busy street. So parking can be difficult at times.

Never again. Haven't been there in a while, had a taste for crabs, so to Bobs I went. None of my crabs had seasoning on it, the shirts were rubbery and hard, and had this weird taste to it. I am so disappointed.and the customer service us horrible.throw the whole stor away, I stood in that long line and wasted time..she crabs us wayyyy better yall.

I’m not a complainer but the service and food was so bad, I had to leave a review. To start I waited 50 minutes in line and in that time, the guy at the window had only taken 3 orders. Then he announced splitting the line based on sautéed crabs vs regular. So people who had just walked up that wanted regular crabs were able to go to the front and get their orders taken. After 55 minutes I decided to order on line while I was in line. 5:50 is when I place my order and it gave me a time of 6:30 to pick up. 6:30 I go to the line and waited, and waited and waited. My number was 8050. There were people waiting with numbers like 8019. I got my food at 7pm. I arrived at the store at 4:45! Got home and had mushy soggy broccoli, a bland potato (literally 1 small potato cut into 4 pieces) and dry crabs! I ordered extra jumbo and the were not that at all! I paid $8 for the veggie platter and it was pathetic! Imagine biting into overcooked broccoli and margarine oozes from it! I’ve never had worse than this. I only came to this place because my usual place was closed and I really wanted crabs! I have never been so disappointed with food that I threw my food away, but that’s exactly what I did! $50.50 wasted. Never again!
