We were so excited to try Bolo but our experience did not hit the mark.  We made a reservation and were seated promptly, however, we were greeted rather brusquely and were served by a rotation of servers throughout the night which felt awkward and disorganized.  Our drinks took over 30 minutes (glass of wine and 2 mojitos) to arrive and our appetizer took over an hour, while the rest of the meal was served swiftly after.             As a Puerto Rican, I am extremely proud of how our cuisine is portrayed at this restaurant.🇵🇷 The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was also excellent. Will definitely come back!
                
            Creative and fun. If you're seeking a dining experience that has character and different than the norm, Bolo is a good choice. Not so traditional but rooted in fresh Latin ingredients. Good drinks. Care for guests and the food. Philly style - where the food quality comes first. No foams or fancy stuff for no reason.
