I really have no idea how this place is still in business. Without a doubt the worst Boston Market that I've ever been to. Every time I come here the staff looks like they are annoyed that they have a customer. Some of the worst customer service you will ever experience is had here. And half of the items on the menu are never available. This place is a joke
My family and I stopped here one evening after visiting my grandson in the CHOP cardiac unit. We walked into the Boston Market, the only person in the place was a worker, and he walked in the back as we walked in. We looked at the food behind the glass. It looked like dried up mac and cheese that had set all day. The other foods on display looked as bad, if not worse. I don't know if they were having an off day but it was 4 of us who got meals and out of all of us combined, the only thing that was good was the ham. We also got some of the baked goods. They were delicious but they werenot made by them.
