Definitely not overhyped. Quality is the closest to Hamaza and Medina and is one of the best I've tried in Philly. Meat is super tender, the sauce has good flavor and is nice and viscous. The rice isn't just yellow food coloring, it's aromatic and fluffy. Some bolder flavors, especially on the lamb which was a bit plain might be better, but still excellent.

Best halal cart in the city. I come here twice a week for a quick lunch on my break. The owner brightens my day every time. Where else can you get food this good for less than $10 (including drink)?
Unbelievable! I greatly enjoy Bro Sis Halal food and the professional service they bring! Very unique and tasty as well. I ordered the chicken over rice and shrimp over rice. It did not disappoint....Wow. I highly recommend this place if anyone is hungry and is currently in the Roxborough area.

Pretty good halal for this area! My husband likes this stand more than me so each person is different! We got the chicken and shrimp. Enjoy!
