This was my first order from Brooklyn Dumpling Store, but it won't be me last. The food was tasty, delivered hot and fresh, and well priced .

clarence took PERFECT care of me! i had trouble finding the location and he went above and beyond to help me locate this store . his customer service was above anything i have seen at other locations! promote this young man asap . put a smile on my face for the entire day!
My food was so dry and tasteless . My noodles were burnt and also very dry and tasteless. I paid 16.99 for a tempura chicken platter that came with 4 small nuggets that were dry . I paid for a bowl of jasmine rice and chicken nuggets -.-

Every time I come into the store Clarence has great customer service and this time I wanted to try something different and he helped me with the decision. I went with a burger this time instead of the normal dumplings variety and soup. The food was delicious.

We just had take out from the West Philly location (which is listed as closed online, but it is open). Service was friendly and quick. We were happy with the prices. Had chicken/scallion & pork/cabbage crispy dumplings, cucumber salad, shrimp tempura bites, and a classic burger. Everything was quite tasty! Will be back soon!

Unfortunately flavorless and greasy food. My chicken teriyaki dumplings were bland and tasted like plain chicken and grease. The chili oil (which you had to pay for) was also surprisingly bland and lacked any spice. The price was also higher than I expected for the portion sizes.

The food took too long to be prepared (especially for being frozen food) and the portions were ridiculously small for $20. I was nowhere near full when I finished as all I got was a burger (sideways in the box) and a small amount of cucumbers covered in grease.
I guarantee you most of these reviews are fake there is no way this place is getting 5 stars. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR TOO LITTLE!!!

Disappointed with a few highlights.
The burger was good and the price almost matches what you get.
The chicken sandwich is half the size of the bun. Crispy, very dry, and nowhere near the cost vs other stores.
Dumplings are half the size of what the menu pictures show. They are only 1 x 1 inch. However, they tasted decent.
Stay away from the PB&J bites if you want to be able to open your mouth again and breathe. They just scoop a little jelly on top.
The apple bites were great and we wish we had gotten them with ice-cream.

I left a review about a month ago, but after my more recent experience, it definitely needed a revision. I got a peek into the kitchen while waiting for my food, I have no clue how this place is open. Everything they serve is frozen, premade, grocery store quality food. The employees are also constantly egging people to post reviews, it’s embarrassing. Will not be coming back.
