Burger King in Philadelphia

“I just left there and the gentleman working the drive thru was not only considerate as I was having trouble with my Google wallet pay setup but was extremely empathetic to my situation. I'm a little older and rely on lyft driver payments to supplement my food supplies but this gentleman who didn't laugh at me and instead took my nervous smile to heart and blessed me with compassion and charity. I will consider that burgeoning my favorite and in fact the whopper jr.s were more tasty there than different locations. Thank you sir“

“I took my girls to this location today for breakfast. Alexis was so amazing. I remember the impression that was left from a prior visit. The customer service Alexis provided was. superb. Always polite, patient and professional. You can tell Alexis values providing great customer service and is an asset to his franchise.

“I just had to share that at this location no matter what day or time I have visited I have had the best experience. The orders are all was correct they are extremely patient at the drive through (admittedly I can be slow or indecisive) and they are alway pleasant and kind. Much appreciated. “This guy goes beyond customer service I dont even eat burger king. I brought a drink and brought the kids. And family something, but I have never been treated this good nowhere. “I recently was in the emergency room with my children and needed a quick bite at 330am in the morning. And this location by far was the best from the associate at the first window to I believe the manager on duty who brought our food out in the cold. I live in Elkins park and now I will drive out my way to get this great service again. My children loved the crowns he gave them also“

“Quick service. I did receive the wrong drink with my order; however I'm a fan of all sodas, so there were no misgivings.

Vegetarian options: The impossible burger / Whopper I'm told is great. I'm not a vegetarian, but my girlfriend is and she orders it every single time.

Parking: I've never had a problem finding parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pretty sure every Burger King is wheelchair accessible, per building code compliance.“

“Very clean ...staff was pleasant...be mindful of wandering children eating fries off the floor and the bathrooms don't lock from the inside so you could get a surprise visitor while handling your business...other than that -great location“

“This is a great Burger King. I frequent here on Wednesdays during my work travels for the whopper special.
The food is always hot, fresh, and made very well.
And the staff is very outgoing and polite. A real hidden gem in Philly. Fast food places in Philly can be unsafe, unfriendly, and chaotic. This location is far from that.“

“I went through the drive-thru pick up a quick bite to eat on the way home from work. Pleasant cashier and quick service. There was a beggar in the Drive-Thru but I'm not luring the rating for that because that's just how every drive through is in Philly.“

“I love the old design of this restaurant, it takes me back 40 years ago and I wasn't even alive then. The ambient lighting color is the same as the Hospital Emergency Waiting Room which I dig. It has good Wi-Fi and clean restrooms. When the nearby flea market isn't open this store is usually quiet, but sometimes cool people (bums who threaten to kill you) will come hang out here. The only thing I don't like is most times the self-serve soda fountain is down. I hope this store never gets renovated because it's perfect as it is.

Parking: Parking is very ample when the flea market isn't open, even buses and trailers park here.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and wide doors.“

“I went because their competition across the street seems to always have money issues. So I tried the brisket burger. It was pretty good and juicy. The best part is that they didn't require you to have exact change! Unlike the other chain in the area.“

“Typical Burger King, clean restrooms and building, good service, and great food. This location doesn't have self-service refills. The only problem was that some of the items prices are higher than most other locations, usually higher by 50¢.

Parking: Decent amount of parking for cars and small trucks. You're not going to fit large trucks, semis, or trailers here.

Kid-friendliness: No play place but free Wi-Fi.

“Seriously the cleanest burger king I have ever been in. The food is always hot and fresh. The best part is every employee I have talked to has been very professional and you can tell they are truly happy to be there which can dramatically change your experience eating out. Keep up the great work!“
