This Burger King location has a welcoming and professional staff, including helpful team members like Shaniyah and Debbie. Despite construction outside, the dining room is clean during the day, and the atmosphere is nice. The self-service kiosk is available, and staff are happy to assist at the register. The food generally meets standard Burger King expectations, with some customers mentioning that the food can be cold or quickly prepared. The manager is known for being friendly and accommodating to customers with special requests. Overall, the restaurant strives to provide good service, though wait times can vary, and updates like clear signage for drive-thru closures would improve the experience.
