I don't know where to start everything that could go wrong domid. The long wait, order wrong and food cold they also heat up your sandwich in the microwave after mayo is applied. The icing on the cake was they were cleaning over top of the food prep area so they could be ready for inspection I guess. See photo
Workers don't know how to talk to customers. Really bad customer service. Food was a 5/5 cuz was hot and taste good.

If the drive-thru is not opened, there should be something blocking the drive-thru to let people know. Also, if a restaurant is out of the ingredients for specialty items, those items should be removed from the menu. The staff was friendly enough for the situation. But the food was cold and thrown together.

Cashier told me there was no value menu I understood that but he acted like the value menu didn't exist in I was crazy made me wait for food and fries was cold and wasn't even enough for a medium container sad need to start training better in customer service near the airport Thursday Dec 13, around 10:20 I ordered a number 2

I live right across the street literally and I remember the dinner room open after midnight because I been there after midnight multiple time and like today around 9 it's closed
Walk over to drive thur and they still can't take mine order because I'm not in a car

Customer Service here is Horrible to say the least. Waited over 20 minutes for my food for them to tell me my food was never cooked. Waited another 30 min for the food to be cold and nasty! I hope Corporate reads the reviews at this location. Training needs to be done over immediately...will Never come Back!!
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant at this Burger King. I arrived at the drive-thru at approximately 6:15 p.m. and didn’t make it to the window until 6:40 p.m. After waiting all that time, the cashier informed me that my order had never been rung up and asked if I could place it again at the window.
After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked for a refund. Instead of handling the situation there, I was asked to come inside the store. When I did, I was greeted by the so-called “general manager,” who was unprofessional and dismissive. He claimed I had only been waiting for 4 minutes, which was far from the truth.
I requested a refund again, and the general manager told the cashier that I hadn’t even paid! I had to pull up my digital receipt to prove that I had. The lack of professionalism and organization was shocking. This is, without a doubt, the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend this Burger King location to anyone.
I’m pretty sure they spat in my food yesterday!!!! Please don’t go here!
Your hours say 12 am this is the second time and last time that I’ve come to this establishment and at 11:15 they said they were closed for the night . CHANGE YOUR HOURS !!!! I’ll make sure I’ll tell my listeners on the air —> 📻to NOT patronize this establishment!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 you don’t even deserve the 1 star !!!!!

i never write reviews but this burger king has to be the worst in the united states. i’ve been here about three times and all three times have been the worse experience. all of the staff have nasty attitudes and are just straight up rude. customer service must not be part of training at all, they definitely hire anybody that can get there. they always make you pull up to the front doors, i guess to make their times look good, and make you wait 15+ minutes for your food. and i only order for one person so it’s not like i’m ordering a lot of items for it to take so long. and on top of that, the food comes cold? if i’m waiting that long i at least expect the food to be fresh?? honestly, don’t waste your time or money on this burger king i definitely won’t be back a fourth time.
