last time I rated this place was 4 years ago. fast forward 4 years later they are completely different people here. no one says hi to you. I'll stand there for a good 3 minutes even the manager with the tattoo on his neck looked at me didn't even say hi. I looked at their ratings they have 3.5 this place really sucks take pride in what you do management and franchisee owners need to pay attention what's going on they're going to keep getting bad ratings.

Went to front andOlney Burger King. The Assistant Manager Prince was my server. He gave me two hot Sprites. I informed him the soda was hot and was not calibrated. He said I don’t work for coke. I asked for ice to try and make it cold . I did not help. My food wasn’t ready he asked for me to drive around to the door. I said when you bring the order out can I get another cup of ice. When he came out with the food. I said hey Prince you forgot the cup of ice. He said that extra Ice was two dollars. I said give me another drink and let me speak to the manager. He said you will be waiting cause he could be busy. He told me if I wanted a different soda I had to come in. A man with a Burger King brown shirt followed us in and did not say anything about the rudeness of Prince . He was so rude the person on my phone commented how rude he was. They say you rule at Burger King but I guess that’s a lie. It should not be a crime to ask for a cold drink and as a person on the management team He should have tried or should know better than to serve a soda that is warm to the touch. If a customer says the soda is not calibrated then be professional and handle the problem instead of being disrespectful. I will continue to reach out to the manager and owner. I will not tolerate nasty service and I am paying to eat
