I order a cheeseburger and a large fries at the kiosk at 7:40pm today Thursday February 13. The lady with the short pony tail about 5’4-1/2 maybe 170pounds prepared my order. She took my ticket when it came out the machine and put it to the side. I watched her make other orders before mine. When I walked in the restaurant there was no one in the line. I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one at the register. All the other workers were doing drive thru orders. When she...

It can get a little crowed and customer service is good but sometimes you have to wait a while to place your order. Due to most of the staff catering to pickup orders and drive through.

It's a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is warm and sometimes it's not. I visit Philadelphia a couple times a year and it's seems like the cleanest place to get something to eat it's not always good. Looking for a more convenient better quality place to get fast food. And there is no language barrier.
