Worker attempted to type in my DD app # 3 times unsuccessfully until I read the numbers to her slowly. Also she did not put ice in my ICED coffee. Then when I asked for ice she forgot to give me a lid. She didn’t know how to make a wake up wrap 😵 10 mins for an iced coffee and wake up wrap. I was the only person there at 5pm.
