The trout was perfect. The sauce with roe and dill was perfectly balanced. Our guests raved about the mushroom toast and salads. Only suggestion: They need to be able to lower the shades as there was a glare in our eyes from the sun.
Our server was named Ryan and he was a delight. Service was quick, with many opportunities to give feedback when server checked in with us. I loved the Smashburger; it was for my tastes and bit salty. The “frites” were perfection. My husband had the Chopped Salad and added Salmon. Food is superb - high quality ingredients throughout, and artistically prepared. We had the tea service, and each "tier" was outstanding (sandwiches, pastries, and chocolate desserts). Service was attentive and helpful - our server even explained the dinnerware motifs, and how they tied into the Mary Cassat Exhibit that we went to earlier in the day. It is a somewhat pricey restaurant, but the value for money is apparent throughout the service.
