The service was great and the scenery was nice. The owner also was very kind. I’d recommend going. The manager was extremely professional and kind. The prices are not bad either. Stop in!

I had my second wonderful lunch today at Capriccio. I took a friend and we ate outside underneath the sun umbrellas with a great view of not only City Hall and Love Park but of all the people walking up and down the street enjoying the day. I enjoyed the caprese sandwich along with a spinach stuffed croissant. Elijah, the manager, did a great job of adding all those personal touches that make a relaxed lunch so special. The Caprese Cafe has a very European feel in all the right ways. I hope to be going back for my third lunch soon
Extremely friendly staff and great sandwiches.

Service here is horrible , cashier is extremely rude and pushy. Kicked me and my friends out due to “not paying” when we already purchased 2 muffins. Overall service was extremely horrible, won’t be coming back.

Cashier became pushy as me and my colleague decided on what to eat, basically rushing us. He also decided to kick us out from the outdoor area, although we made purchases and the demand was CALM at the time. There was another table that had two people sitting, and he didn’t say a thing to them! They didn’t order a thing!

Burrito was super flat, and yet somehow still stone-cold in the center after they reheated it out of the case in the panini press. For ten dollars, it’s highway robbery.

No the owner is really rude. He told me I had to buy something or leave. First, the food is ONLY edible not good or great. Second, i order my drink before I leave. I have been doing this mon-Friday for the past 3 years and all the cashiers that know who I am know this. I guess he was feeling like “The Owner🥴” today on 5/18/2026 because he looked at me and told me to leave. He didn’t know I order my drinks to go nor did he ask. he looked at me and my 6 year old and told us to leave or buy something now. Thank god I’m not a reactive person 😭😭 you can keep the burnt grill marks and dry cakes, keep the nasty no matcha matcha drinks. I feel bad because the staff is nice but do I wanna give my money to that turdfuck owner?! 😂NOPE
Great staff, welcoming and kind. Ordered the strawberry matcha and the roasted turkey sandwich. 10/10
