Something has changed in this Cava. People's spirits are lifted. Employees are more efficient and food quality has improved significantly in the last few months. I scouted/paid for street parking and came to this location before going back home to Roxborough. I've been to other CAVA's and this one is by far the best! I'm not going to mention which locations but this one right here is #1 for me. 5 stars on all categories!

Was very excited to try it, unfortunately was very disappointed in food. I got a bowl of super greens, rice, Harrissa chicken, and all the vegetables they had to offer. All the vegetables didn’t have any taste, like any, the only thing that added flavor to the bowl was harrisa, even a few scoops of tatziki didn’t add any flavor, like zero. Maybe i got a wrong order, maybe it was a bad day for vegetables, but bowl of plastic food was definitely not worth the money, plus I wish workers would pay little bit more attention to what customers are asking for.

I will start by saying that Sierra made our first time experience a wonderful one . You can tell she enjoys her place of work . We did not know what to order at first and she recommended her favorite bowl which was a something she built and let me tell you it was delicious . They should make a bowl called the sierra bowl . She was so sweet , friendly and genuine . Even came around the corner to give my daughter a hug. There was also a sweet lady I didn’t get her name but I wish I had. She was making sure the counters were very neat and clean . We are not from the Philadelphia area we happen to be here at the children’s hospital so this was a very pleasant experience for us . Thank you sierra for your kindness .

Cava used to be so good when it first opened but now, it’s as if they just don’t care anymore. 7/10 times something will be missing from my delivery order, there’s literally a ticket that list every single item on it I really don’t know how they can mess up SO OFTEN. We’ll get two bowls both with crazy feta and it will be on one and not the other. Also, don’t serve lentils if you don’t know how to cook them.

It was ok. Food was fresh other than the falafel which was really soft and soggy. Flavors just weren't for me. The greek salad dressing just didn't go with flavor is the Shwarma chicken it came with. Drink choices were plentiful but all were not very good. Tea tasted old or overbrewed.
