The Chart House has always been my go to for celebrations. Last night I introduced the next generation to my favorite. The waitress was less than average. She rarely checked in on us, no one got a beverage refill for the whole meal (8 of us). She brought my daughter a slice of ice cream cake for her bday and brought out my lava cake (this has to be ordered with dinner as it takes 30min to prepare)...she never came with the dessert menu so no one else was able to have dessert with...read full review
1.First and foremost, change out that nasty carpet. Nothing last forever and the flooring is disgusting. There has to be better upkeep of such a beautiful restaurant. I can only imagine the air quality in this place.
Everyone in this restaurant was speaking about the state of the carpet.
2. increase the staff...We ordered and waited all night for items that never arrived.
Charthouse just have to do better.
