The ship moves at a great speed allowing guests to see everything. The experience, however, can vary. For a dinner cruise, the food receives mixed notes; some find it delicious, seasoned well, and the desserts nice, while others advise going for the views, not the food. Bar prices are called outlandish. Service is inconsistent, described as unenthusiastic and slow at times, though specific waitstaff have been highlighted as super pleasant, helpful, and exceptional. The atmosphere includes a DJ and music that some feel is a whole vibe and on point, while others found the music not good.
The physical condition of the boat draws comments. While the bathroom was impressively clean and seats were excellent, significant issues with spiders and webs on the front and back decks are reported due to a lack of dusting. Boarding and online ticket purchases are easy. The experience depends heavily on the occasion and other guests; renting the whole boat for a private event like a wedding leads to a much better time, while general cruising can involve restrictions, like not being allowed on all levels inside. Roaming the ship's different ends and layers is recommended, preferably when it is not cold.
