Chengdu Famous Food 成都名吃

We ordered online but no one delivers the food. We waited for one and a half hours. It’s a cold winter and we are starving to death. We called but they just repeated the driver was on the way and at last no one answered the phone. Pls choose a reliable delivery platform and do not take orders if you are not ready.

Staff the counter has more attitude towards customers and less knowledge.

Food is good but pricy asking to pay extra even for a 2oz soy sauce.

When I came in, the waitress told me to sit wherever. They are not busy at all. Then an old lady came out and told me I can’t sit in this table, because they have a 4 people coming for this table. The table has no sign of reservation of course. I looked around and see two other 4 people table with only two people occupied. There is literally another 4-seat table available. I told the old lady that and she just repeated I need to move seats. For such service, I have no reason to stay. Every time I came to this place the service is bad and this time it is just outrageously bad. The ventilation of this place is awful too. Avoid at all cost.

Food is good, while the staff is terrible. This was my favorite Chinese food restaurant in the university city, now I won’t come here again, nor recommend it to my friend.

White boy at counter forgot to pack utensils for take-out. Can’t do a simpleton’s job. Wouldn’t apologize when I had to walk back.

I’ve ordered from here several times and have gotten their Dan Dan noodles and dumplings.
Recently their chef changed and the quality of food has declined. Both my partner and I got food poisoning from our last visit. Will not be patronizing this place anymore.

I LOVE Sichuan food, particularly dry pepper tofu dishes. I gotten them from many, many places. This is honestly the worst one I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat it at all and it was over $20 wasted. It was all Sichuan peppercorn, I literally couldn’t taste anything else. There was no balance in the flavors, just the numbing flavor of the peppercorn. I ordered it spicy but got no actual heat, just peppercorn. There were chunks of garlic in it and a lot of chilis, usually a good sign, but I literally could not taste any of it. I’m not sure if the cook accidentally dumped too much in, and just went with it, because I have truly never had anything like it. I’m extremely disappointed because I had heard good things.

The food was very good! We had the Dan Dan noodles, pork fried rice and wontons in chilli oil- all of which was great, very fresh and delicious. The ordering is all done on Toast so it’s very seamless. Planning to come back often!!

GOOD GENERAL CHICKEN MADE THE WAY IT SUPPOSE TO BE AND FRIED RICE IS GOOD TOO WITH MANY DIFFERENT TYPES.VERY FRESH FOOD .THEY NEED TO ADVERTISE MORE SO MORE PEOPLE KNOW THEY EXIST. EACH ORDER ONLINE ATTACH A MENU TO BAG AND GIVE ONE TO CUSTOMERS THAT DINE THERE.HAVE A BUY ONE GET ONE FREE DEAL ON CERTAIN ITEMS IN PERSON AND ON UBER EATS EVERY DAY OR WEEKENDS AND ADVERTISE IN FRONT OF RESTAURANT.
