Giving 3 stars because service was impeccable however cheesesteak was SUPER dry it’s like they just gave me shaved steak on a roll with nothing else. Fries were soggy. And my pizza was cold we literally had to reheat it by the time it got us and the store is only about 3-4 blocks away

I am very upset about wasting $50. For food at this shop please do not waste your money here they do not know how to cook and give ppl there's money worth. 2 cheese steaks 2 cheese fries a cheeseburger and small fries with no mayo fried onions salt pepper and ketchup like I ordered just ketchup cheese and a little bit of meat amd I won't go there on the fries. My family and I is very upset and hungry with $50. Down the drain!!!!!

Love them so much here. The staff really makes you feel like family and they care about the actual well being of their customers. Ive witnessed it first hand and experienced it for myself. And the pizza keeps me coming back too xD $2.50 a slice makes that pizza moral raiser/treat that much cooler. Also all I'm going to say is Cheese Cake... Carrot Cake... Literally in the bests I've ever had ground. ;)🖤

My family member did not receive their food yesterday that they ordered and when she called about the delivery of her food it was told to her that the food was delivered but that was false information so therefore she had to spend more money for her kids yet did not receive a refund from the food that was ordered, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE!!! They’re SCAMMING people for the Holidays

I wish their was a zero, because this place does not even receive 1 star. My family member ordered pizza and cheese fries last night, after shopping for her children for Xmas. She waited over an hour and when the food arrived - she only received COLD cheese fries. She called right back to the establishment, and they were already closed! She called first thing this morning to speak to the owner, and was told that she will receive a refund within 3 days. No apologies, or I will send you a free pizza today. Talk about the Grinch that stole Xmas!! How do you feel, knowing children went to bed hungry, due to your mistake????

Delivery person stole my food.literally sat in one spot for maybe 15 20 minute (there's a delivery tracker messeges they send to track the driver) , probably eating my pizza before the came to my house, took a picture of my house like the delivered it, but didnt show the food that was supposedly left there. They didn't even call my phone to say they were outside. I just so happen to go to my door and saw the delivery person rushing off, and I look down and see no pizza. They waiting until the pizza store was officially closed at 10 so I couldn't call and make complaint. Mind u we don't live far. This is crazy.
The customer service was very poor. I ordered 4 wings, a salad and a orange juice. Instead, they sent no wings and gave me the wrong drink. After I called to request the wings to be delivered, they offered me store credit instead of the wings I paid for. Along with that, they took up to an hour and a half to deliver the wings and the wings were cold.

Love their cheap slices and customer service. They are fast tooo and have all the extras to sprinkle on top you could want. They don't do that 2 large pies and a 2 letter for $16 anymore from the site that pops up when I Google their place and it's a little less then that for just one latge pie but that's still a solid price for a pie of some pizza that I'm digging (: Also pro tip, tryyyy to wait a little after the posted opening time to go get your pizza fix so they are ready baked
