Enjoyed the buffet. Some items weren't labeled. Other then that, enjoyed Thanksgiving meal

The food for the Thanksgiving buffet was wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed the food very much. We had a problem with the bill though. The online ad said that we would be getting a complementary glass of champagne included with the meal. Our waitress asked us what we wanted to drink after we were seated and we asked for a glass of the champagne and Iced tea. Our waitress gave us a glass of champagne each. We never got our Iced tea. That was the last we saw of our waitress during the whole meal until it was time to get the check. It was busy in the restaurant. I was shocked at the bill when we got it. It was almost twice was I expected it to be. The difference was the champagne. I questioned it with the waitress and she said that the complementary glass of champagne was given out at the check in desk. Not true. Not one around us at check in was given a glass of champagne. My husband did not want to fuss with it being a holiday so he just paid the bill. I should have asked for a manager. I was not happy.

Completely unacceptable service. We walked out after waiting 15 minutes for a cup of coffee.

Very disappointing management. The line to sit down was about 15 people yet there were easily 8-10 empty tables. We all waited close to 30 minutes to sit down. Several of us inquired why we couldn’t sit down and were met with extremely rude staff, saying they don’t know why we can’t sit. It was comically bad. Only reason I ate there is because breakfast was included in my room rate. Definitely AVOID this place…unless it’s included in your room rate, in which case bring a book and be prepared. Food was mediocre.

Perfect place for a breakfast meeting. I've Ben there multiple times and will definitely be back.

Most people were there for the buffet so the staff largely ignored us and we had to flag people down to get the right number of menus, to get our drink orders in, and to get plates for sharing the shareable foods. Our main courses didn't come out together because some things were forgotten, and the food wasn't great. The place was very pretty, but the service was disorganized and slow and the food was disappointing. I would not recommend it.

This was another great experience! We went there for lunch the previous day and returned for dinner the next day. Both were most memorable dining experiences in Philadelphia!

The customer service was exquisite. The Easter buffet was delicious with lots of options. This was a lunch buffet, so there were no breakfast options as you would be familiar with brunch. The lunch buffet consisted of various meats, cheeses, toss salad with dressing, shrimp cocktail, and mussels for starters. The soup of the day was wild mushroom and truffle. There was also three types of bread options, meats (lamb and beef), baked salmon, and cooked carrots and baby potatoes. The dessert table was littered with mini tart cups of various sweets, cakes, macarons, mini chocolates, and mini creme brulee. The Easter Bunny hopped in to say hello to everyone and pass along eggs to the children. My husband and I were satisfied with our buffet choices and "rolled" ourselves out of the restaurant. We will return to Chez Collette again for an afternoon tea or meal. We love the little restaurant and service.

Food was excellent although it would've been nice to also have breakfast options since it is a brunch.

I was greeted by a lovely hostess, Carolyn. She seated me right away and made sure that I was treated like a VIP. The cuisine at this restaurant is authentically represented in their selections as well as their atmospheric approach to “tone-setting “. Kudos to the chef and hostess.

The Festive Afternoon Tea was a truly delightful experience. The tea room was festively decorated and the live music set a nice ambience. Gabriel, our server, was a delight, and answered all of our questions regarding the tea service. Everything was delicious but the highlights were the roast beef on a sourdough crisp and the Montague Bleu tea. All the sweets were tasty and pretty. We will definitely return for afternoon tea in the future.
