Chili's in Philadelphia

“Recently I took my brother out to this Chili's to celebrate his 40th birthday. My brother is autistic, & does not do well when he's around large crowds of people, so I took him out to lunch when the restaurant opened because I know there wouldn't be a lot of people around. Our waitress, Rachel (I believe that's her name), was an absolute sweet heart. I made mention that we were out celebrating his birthday, & she made my brother feel calm & wanted, which is hard for him. She was attentive, understanding, & treated him with respect. She also brought the staff out to sing happy birthday to him & gave him a sundae free of charge.

I understand that Chili's can be just another chain restaurant, but that day it was something different for us. I asked my brother where he wanted to go & he picked Chili's, & now that's going to be our goto spot for his birthdays going forward. I would highly recommend this Chili's to anyone looking to have a decent meal with a quality staff! Rachel was amazing & I hope they give her a raise or a promotion. If we had more people like her in the service industry, more people like my brother would feel more comfortable going out in crowded public settings.
