Wanted to mention an experience we had with the Chili's in Wyomissing PA. We had a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 very young children. Great staff, seated quickly, ordered quickly. Then a medical emergency happened in the back to a young woman which resulted in our food being dropped. Manager Dan came out and apologized and told us what happened. The night became less about food and more about the young woman being fine. She was checked out - ambulance called, etc. and got treatment....read full review
The service was great. Only waited about 10 mins to be seated. Was served our food in good timing, the staff was so friendly & courteous.
We came to Chili’s to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor — exactly what you want when you’re treating your family. The chicken tenders, fries, mac and cheese, and the sandwich were all delicious, and the portions were generous.
