The food is amazing, always delicious. When I went they were understaffed by my waitress was a superstar you would not have known that she was the only one there. Other than that I had a very good experience and plus they have lunch specials that are affordable.

It took us about 20 minutes to be seated after walking in. We waited on our server to help us, but she was the only server helping everyone. When she was able to take our order. My mom, who has a heart condition, orders the appetizer mild Buffalo boneless wings. They came out with so much hot sauce on them that she started coughing. We sent the wings back and ordered the boneless wings with barbecue sauce on the side, low and behold. The wings come to us with so much sauce on them and not even on the side. I ordered the appetizers trio of egg rolls, mini burgers, and tenders, low and behold, no mini burgers or mini chicken sandwiches. My chips and salsa came out so cold it was crazy. The table in front of us orders a steak. After the steak comes to the table, they ask for steak sauce, and they don't have steak sauce. The table behind us did not get their food until after we got out an order, and they were there seated way before we got there. Disappointment big time. My server was great and helpful.

I visited and ate at this AB’s the managers name was Manny I had asked to speak with him because I was thankful for the service I received from my waitress Micah and noticing how his staff worked so well as a team The restaurant was clean the food was good and the service was fast and professional I actually had a seat near the food pick up and was able to see first hand how the team worked diligently and with care and concern of the customers Such a great thing to see my heart was touched I will be backParking: Not sure if it was because of the time I got there (3:50pm) there was plenty of parking spaces

I'm an original customer at Chili's @filbert st. I decided to come to this location and I regret it. It was waste of time. Poor service and the employees acted like they were bothered with my presence. Never again will I visit this Chili'
I was at this establishment today, and at 3:40pm the young lady that came on at 4pm did not want to work and it showed. She never came to check on anyone. Her face was frowned the entire time and I didn't receive my food until 4:50pm . There was only 4 other people at the bar and she had 1 table. The people at the table didn't get their food until I was leaving.. Horrible service tonight. Please let your employees know if they don't want to work than don't come. And no the restaurant was not crowded. No excuse!!

this was my worst dining experience and LAST time ever stepping foot in that restaurant... Chili's promoted the $5 Margarita's for National Margarita Day so of course I wanted to go...went to the only one close to me which was Cheltenham Ave..we were told a 45 minute wait there were a bunch of tables open...when we finally sat down the waitress herself was good. But we waited an hour just for our drinks...first it was because another bartender got on the clock...then it was because they ran out of tequila...so we asked what alcohol DO you have...apparently all the alcohol was gone and there was more in the shed in the back and only the manager had the key...LOL why promote something on social media if your restaurants weren't properly prepared?? This isn't my first time going to this Chili's but it was most certaintly my last..DO NOT go to this location, each time I've come here it was SOMETHING
