If i could give zero stars i would, The manager is incompetent. The food always tastes old, rice hard. The staff is inconsiderate and rude as hell which sucks because there aren’t many food options close by here!

They cannot follow instructions on online orders. The app allows for you to request extra and they will still put regular and completely miss sides. As someone who worked in food service it’s not difficult to follow instructions on the screen. You have to physically be in front of them if you want your items correct. Which I rather not do given how many poor attitudes I have to endure at this location. And the app won’t refund you just give a lame free drink no resolution at all. You think I’ll spend my dollar here again?

Easily the best location in the area for Chipotle. The service has always been great and the food is fresh. The staff are particularly great with my young kids. Much appreciated!

Idk whats up with the one black woman they hired. I was there today to pick up an order and i could tell just from walking through the front door that she had an attitude problem . So then I told her who I was picking up for, and she didn’t tell me she was gonna go grab the order and when she did grab the order instead of handing it to me or looking at me and saying it’s my order she put it on the counter and after me stand there for one to two seconds, she pointed at it and said that your order as if I was supposed to know that she just dropped my order on the counter And then she dropped my order next to somebody else’s drink, and I wasn’t sure if the drink went with the order or if the order didn’t have a drink so when I looked at the drink, the person who did order it told me that it was their drink and I said OK. I had wished that she wouldn’t have dropped my order right next to somebody else’s order to confuse me and then I was I was walking away. I can hear her muttering to the other customer that she was confused while I thought that was part of my order as if I should’ve known thatshe just all-around has a bad attitude and terrible Customer Service. I really wish they would let her go cause she doesn’t wanna be working there. It’s written all over her face.

literally left there 8 mins ago and the female was sweeping and saw and heard me beep my horn whole she lock the door mindyou they are suppose to close at 10 pm and was closing early. while the mgt on duty was also present.

On October 6th, I ordered through the Chipotle app and arrived for pick-up around 9:20 PM. Despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, it wasn’t when I got there. The employee I spoke to (red hair, visible in the video) appeared to be high. His lack of professionalism and poor communication made the experience frustrating. He mumbled something about the system not aligning with the store and then began preparing my food, missing a few items that I had to remind him about. He mentioned they were out of tomato salsa without offering any apology or alternative.
When my order was finally ready, I sat down to eat, only to be rudely approached by another staff member (visible in another video). She told us to leave immediately, as she had already cleaned everything—30 minutes before the store’s posted closing time. She was extremely unprofessional, frequently using foul language.
This experience was disappointing, to say the least, and definitely not what I expect from Chipotle. The lack of customer service and courtesy made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant visit.

This is the worst chipotle ever. The quality of this chipotle has been deteriorating. I’ve consistently had to wait for my online order for over 30 mins past the guaranteed pick up time. It’s been multiple incidences where they have forgotten several items on my order. The portions are so small and it is not enough to feed one. Go at your own risk.

Today I looked over at the protein and became curious what the dark season meat was. They said was brisket and it was a seasonal item. Then the chef walked over and said to me, “I’m going to let you know secret about the brisket… It is made with love.” The line crew and I were laughing about it. To be honest, it was delicious. Tender and seasoned well. You can tell it a good team there because they were joking with each other but doing their job at the same time. I will be back before brisket season is over. Can’t put a price on loving you job.
