This Chipotle in particular is absolutely terrible. I will echo what others experienced: they will get literally everything about your order wrong, the location is gross, and the staff seem angry that you're even there. I used to go here all the time. The last two times I went the order was inedibly incorrect. Example: the most recent visit they didn't put any of the toppings I ordered on, at all. I got 2 bowls that were rice, beans, and chicken. That's it. The order before that, both bowls had what I would estimate to be an entire cup of sour cream, EACH, on the bowls. It doesn't even make sense.Add insult to injury, Chipotle has outsourced their customer support to an AI that only gave me a $5 credit for some chips when I complained. The order should have been refunded, but it's some half-baked chatbot, so when I said "This issue is not resolved", its answer was "Glad we could resolve your issue! Bye!"TL;DR - I refuse to go to this Chipotle ever again.

This place is clean. And the afternoon shift seems to actually care. My problems are with the night shift. They always act like they are about to close once 7pm hits. I have this issue continuously. There was hair in my food and I received the wrong order.

There have been good experiences and bad experiences at his store for me. Sometimes after making an online order for pickup, I've had to wait 30 minutes past the time to get the order. Other times, they missed some toppings in burritos. I think the food quality overall is good (backed up by rewards program), and the renovated store looks better than it did a few years ago, so they might be trending upward.

I say no way this was the worst ever they over salt meats on purpose then lie and say it comes in that way. Then makes you pay even after being caught in a big time lie. See I saw him while I was eat dump salt so fast it looked like he was salting McDonald's fries. Just as wave of salt without any care whatsoever. How many heart attack's and strokes just because you are being led to believe it's only salad. Fast foods might have to turn to Al.

Hell naw! I ordered 2 bowls. Chicken rice black bean fajita veg. As I started eating I noticed the taste of Salt? It was harsh and heavy. Ive been eating at chipotle over 15 years never have I ever got super salty chicken pieces. I ask the supervisor with the dreads what's good about all the salt I taste. He informed me that's how it comes in. So with that I finish my salt meal I started eating while there trusting chicken came in like that. (Attitude horrrible) As I was eating I saw the same manager go to the grill and i feel poor a pound salt over the chicken. I ask for a refund he refused to give me money for what I ate. But would return one meal. Supposed to be healthy? Salt warnings like we are buying cigarettes? FDA? Dont go next door to applebees salt warnings there also. How do you take healthy food and turn it into I feel poisonous food. Its grilled chicken no need for any salt at all. Small salt packs? Salt it for ourselves. Not death Warning us like we are smoking cigarettes.This is food when we get caught out there hungry we have to eat. (Set up)Please stop treating us Americans like we are all stupid. Food should not come with dangerous salt amounts warnings.. Reach for something to eat and get a stroke or heart attack? Some people dont know they have high blood pressure problems. What I saw and attitude is absolutely unbecoming of chipotle.The lie then no full refund behind his own lie he just got caught in? Salt warning?. At least it looed just a little neater behind the counter. Tables all were dirty also. Finger prints all over front door. Line needed swept. You need people that truly care around food.Good luck. YO, Josh at this location is a real friend. I asked if he could like, strategically avoid the cilantro in the rice and he immediately told me that they have cilantro-less rice in the back. Life changing!! And he let me sample the steak to know if it was spicy or not. He hooked it up and I really appreciate it.

So we frequent this chipotle regularly because it's close to home. It is always clean, it is always got all of its inventory out, and stocked appropriately. The staff could be a little bit more smiling and friendly, however, service is fast and efficient and always accurate.

come here all the time and always have a great experience with the customers until today... given that i eat here often, i'm fairly adjusted to the portion sizes in which the bowls come with and today was completely different. upon slapping my food into my meal, which in itself gives a bad experience to the environment that I am so comfortable with also barely gave chicken to my order. I kindly asked the worker to simply add 4 small cubes of chicken because it was already severely underportioned. he snaps and says "that will be extra".
