This location is only ever order online and you don’t know that until you walk in to order. It’s a huge inconvenience. It’s been like this for months and I have officially decided to no longer eat at Chipotle because of this. The staff is incredibly rude about it too. And the few times I did order ahead of time the food wasn’t even ready when I got there. Disgusting. We got our food from pickup (we were on time, they were 20 mins behind) and took it home. Not only was it freezing, it was soaked and looked like this. I wish I could say I was joking, but when we asked to get new ones after we drove all the way back, we were told no. Rude employees. I’d honestly be concerned about food safety 🥴 yuck stay away!
