We didn't have any food. We'd just left a restaurant, and wanted hookah. It's byob of course, so we had our own. The music was alright. Not overly loud. The service was good. Also reasonably priced. Our only issue is they closed at 11:00 for some reason that night. Said it was because of miscommunication which was odd.

I cannot understate how incredible the experience was here. Tajena & Nigera were the most hospital people I’ve met in my time in Philly. My wife loves to hookah, and they welcomed us with open arms, made sure we were taken care of, gave us local restaurant recommendations, and most importantly - allowed us to play music on their amazing sound system. I will be back here simply for the vibes. The hookah itself is spectacular, better than anything I’ve had in NYC. 10/10. Give these ladies a raise!

A true vibe! The new ownership is doing some great things with the lounge. Definitely my go to spot when I’m in Philly now that I don’t live there anymore.

First time in Philly for some solo travel, Cloud Factory was a lovely time. Service is excellent, hookah was excellent, Chelsea my server was doubly excellent. Seems like a great place for a small party (it’s BYOB if that’s relevant) 😁☁️

From the moment I walked into this lounge, I could feel the energy—it’s more than just a beautiful space, it’s a whole vibe and asset to the community. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and fun.

What really stood out was how this lounge creates a space where everyone connects. Whether you're there to network, relax with friends, or just soak in the positive energy, it’s clear this place was built with purpose and passion.

The staff was absolutely fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and full of positive energy. I want to give a special shout-out to the new female server. Not only was she professional but she made everyone feel valued. You could tell she takes pride in her work, and it added such a personal touch to the experience.

If you're looking for a space that blends elegance, great music and energy, this is it. Can’t wait to go back!

Great hookah lounge! My husband, friends and I were in town for the Roots Picnic and while that event itself was a disaster, we found this gem and it did not disappoint! The hookah was great, staff were pleasant and attentive and those egg rolls and chicken was fire! A must visit when you’re in the area!!

All I can speak on is the phone customer service.
I called to see if there was room for 2 and if cocktails were sold. The guy then insists on asking me how old I am, last time I checked that’s y ids are checked at the door or upon entering an establishment. I asked why my age needed to be disclosed and the response was because I asked well I’m grown that’s all you need to know. Excuse me but do better definitely turned me off. 4-25 around 11:30

The older server or whatever you want to call that man is horrendous. Security was extremely pleasant. We ordered a hookah sat for less than 15 the energy and service was so off , waste of $60 to get in plus hookah . Ordered two candy tips paid in cash and he NEVER brought my change literally disappeared and i never told him to keep it especially with his nasty attitude . First and last time 😐

This is our 4th time going to this lounge. The first time we met the owner & was thoroughly impressed. Ambience was great, food was good, hookah was amazing. After that he wasn’t there and the experience kept getting worse. Yesterday was the worst. Two of us arrived before 8 and we were charged cover(on IG it says free before 8) and when I brought up the concern there was no resolution. The attitude of the older gentleman there was terrible to put it nicely!!! No manners, no pleasantry, just rude for no reason. The coal fell as he put the hookah down, It was supposed to be rnb Tuesday and they played EVERYTHING BUT & they kept playing the songs over & over(even gospel lol)! It was just such a terrible experience and it sucks because this establishment has such great potential but unfortunately who you allow to represent your business will deter customers. I refuse to pay to feel disrespected. We won’t be returning.

The service sucks, whoever old head with no teeth at register attitude sucks, customer service sucks, not only a coal fell off of hookah it burnt a hole in my sister stocking, they was frying chicken and the entire pace smelled like fried chicken and burnt grease, asked him if he could open a window or door that was a problem, we decide to leave no having our hookah for more than 10mins and paying $90 we decide to leave and wanted to give them to people that just can’t in he said no they have to pay for them again he is so rude
