It's a cute spot, but i wasn't a fan of the food. Our service was good though. I got the chickpea and artichoke croquet but I truly did NOT like it. Those two things did not go together. The chicken sandwich had charred veggies but it made the sandwich taste burnt. The wings weren't the best either. The water tasted like tap instead of filtered which had a horrible taste. Not a fan of the coffee either. Honestly, i won't be back but hey, you decide for yourself.

My mother and I attempted to visit CO-OP Restaurant & Bar for the first time, but we ultimately chose to leave before being seated due to an incredibly poor interaction with the hostess, Graesen.
After seeing great reviews online, we were excited to try it and had already paid for parking in a nearby private lot. Upon arrival, we were told seating was limited due to Penn graduation weekend, which we completely understood. However, the disappointment lay entirely in how that message was delivered.
As first-time guests, we weren't familiar with the layout or the difference between the lounge/bar and main dining room seating. Instead of helping us navigate our options or checking availability, the hostess spoke to us in a condescending, dismissive tone that immediately made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
A host sets the tone for the entire dining experience, and this interaction completely turned us off from wanting to support the establishment. We left feeling disrespected, out of pocket for non-refundable parking, and with no desire to return. A incredibly disappointing first impression.

7/10. Tight seating... My sister and I *LOL'ed* when the hosts was trying to seat us next to a couple 👩❤️💋👨 in a practically-empty restaurant. (I know aaaall about seating charts! The floor plan could not have shown to sit us back to back to a patron's table instead of across the room.) - Couldn't have a comfortable conversation across the talk - Bad brewed coffee - Bathroom with cleaning supplies on the bathroom counter... And the bathroom wasn't tidy. (That could be the hotel's fault, though.) - Server was quite forgetful (🫂 we didn't make a fuss about anything. If it didn't come, we went without it.)
Positives: - Gentlemen staff: Very kind and attentive! From the entry point - to who say us - to farewell process - Short rib hash 😋 - Turkey sausage links
Such a great place to come for brunch. The pancakes has to be the best pancakes I ever had. The food is impeccable! The ambience is nice. I recommend this place.
