Corey’s Crafty Vietnamese Cuisine

Corey’s is the best Vietnamese food we’ve ever had outside of Vietnam. And, Corey is quite possibly the nicest guy on earth. The food is phenomal, the service great, and you can feel great about supporting a family owned local business!

Corey is truly a treasure. Showed up with the wife at 8:30p on a Sunday and preceded to have the best Vietnamese meal ever. His beef Com was amazing and the pho was the best I’ve had in the city. Truly amazing, and he’s great conversation.

I ordered this on DoorDash and when DoorDash failed to assign a driver before their closing time, Corey called me and personally dropped off my food. If the kindness and services wasn’t enough, WOW the food was amazing!! The beef dumplings were so flavorful and delicious. The crab and shrimp golden bags were perfectly crispy (even after being beat up) and the pho was amazing. Can’t wait to eat here again!!

Friends took us here for dinner and what a fantastic experience all around! The food was authentic and delicious, the staff as well as the owner are all incredibly friendly, welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of after a slight snafu with our reservation time. We had a fun filled night with unexpected karaoke, mainly lead by the staff who all delivered excellent performances. Corey was very hands on and interacts with all of his guests. He even broke out the whiskey and shared it with the entire restaurant. What a fun night! We will definitely be back!

Food was very excellent. We had the bah mi appetizer, which was extremely good. It was a good size for each of us to have a half. My wife had the phone and said that it was extremely good. The broth and the noodles were both well prepared. The ingredients were fresh. I had the beef which was a good size serving and had an excellent amount of spice. It was spicy, but didn’t burn your mouth off right off the bat. It was more of a slow burn. I would highly recommend going again. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. it was a very intimate setting.

Fresh, quality Vietnamese food with friendly service to boot. The portobello and leek dumplings (steamer) are a particular stand-out, but order anything on the menu — you can’t go wrong.

While visiting Philly, I had the honor of experiencing the rapture and enchantment that Corey's brings into this world. The folks at Corey's, including Corey himself (a Philly LEGEND), Rob, Scott, and more, hosted our birthday party of 15 people and gave me one of the most fun nights in my life as after dinner, we sang karaoke and danced our tails off. The pho and side dishes were unbelievable, and the experience was unforgettable due to the lovely and welcoming crew at Corey's. Lots of time and effort goes into each dish here, and I recommend asking Corey about their extensive process to make your order. I love Corey

I’m giving more than 1 star only because I have been to this place with my friends, and the food was amazing, so what happened today was probably due to the lack of attention of those who packed the orders for delivery.
Ordered pho via grubhub. Delivery was on time, the broth smells and tastes amazing, all ingredients in place. However, the packer should be explained the difference between a piece of raw meet and a rare/medium rare steak. We had the former in our order, picture attached.
Other than that, the food is as good as when you go to dine out there.
