I’m a born Philadelphian and I know from cheesesteaks. I had a truly outstanding cheesesteak at Gennaro’s.
Knew as soon as I walked in that the pizza was going to be good. The guy at the counter was nice and friendly even though he was busy helping other people, getting food packaged for delivery, and answering the phone. The pizza was as good as it smelled with classically big slices. I wouldn’t recommend dining in because the space is small, but also dirty looking. The lights above the counter eating area need cleaning and there’s an old AC unit the looks like it hasn’t functioned...read full review
