Costa's Pizza & Grill

Since the new owners came, food seems way off, no flavoring and just tastes bland. I remember their pizzas being flavorful and packed with toppings. Now, it is the opposite, you can get better tasting pizza cheaper from grocery stores.

Since the new owners took over we have had back to back awful experiences. The first time the food wasn't right, there is no flavor in their food. We tried them again tonight and it took 1.5 hours to get our food delivered when they are less then 5 minutes away. We ordered two large pizzas and a cheese steak wit. They gave us shoestring fries which usually are the best but unfortunately they were freezer burnt before frying and now taste like cardboard; also there was no seasoning to them. Then the pizzas are no longer seem homemade dough and again has no flavor. I could get better flavor from the grocery store freezer section. If you are from out of town and want a cheese steak....NEVER get them from here. There was absolutely no seasonings and the cheese was lazily put on top instead of mixed in with the meat like it used to. Because of this we now need to find a new pizza joint because this jawn went down hill.

I will not recommend this place, customer service is terrible they don’t care how long you waiting, after order minimum 30-40 minutes need wait

0 star it was disgusting, stunk like vomit . Threw it out in trash. Never again. Please never go there.

Ordered takeout forgot the drinks and the chicken cheesesteak and fries were cold and hard. Will not ever go back to this place again.

Ordered steak sandwiches one plan and one pizza steak ,big roll very little meat ordered frys given half the amount we usually get when we ordered done with Costas!

Constantly forgets drinks and to follow special instructions. I've given these guys way too many chances, and (with the money my family and I spend) I should have written this review much sooner. Ask for fries well done and they come soggy...order 2 drinks and they deliver 1...you get the idea. Trust me...pick somewhere else.

Terrible food in customer services. They don't no how to take criticism about there food being nasty. They pass off hamburger as steak! Give me what I ordered STEAK NOT A FROZEN PATTIE !
