i was highly disappointed i spent $63 here and the crabs was meatless, the food was unseasoned and for how long ive waited the food wasnt hot i wouldnt recommend nobody coming here if i could give them 0 stars i would.........

They don’t sell their butter separate even though they have it advertised for $6 - crabs are high and customer service was chaotic. I’ve heard good things but it just didn’t seem worth the money.

When I purchased 12 blue crabs for $3.00 each I thought I was getting Large crabs but instead the crabs seemed like they were small $1.00 crabs. I normally get my blue crabs from Uncle Joe's Crab House located 701 E Baltimore Ave, East Lansdowne , Pa 19050. I moved from the area so I figured I'll go this place to save me a trip. When making my purchase I was told there were fresh $3.00 crabs ready from the pot. I decided to get the fresh crabs instead of the precooked window crabs. I figured why not I'm use to getting them that way at Uncle Joe's Crab House. After returning home I was very disappointed to see the size of the crabs at the price I paid. I have never received small crabs in place of large crabs from Uncle Joe's Crab House. I really thought the guy was doing me a favor by giving me freshly cooked over precooked crabs. I should've just gambled and picked the ones from the window instead. Uncle Joe's never has precooked crabs sitting in the window. All there crabs are cooked fresh to order without the steam fee. I love that place. I will make the trip next time because I know for sure I'll be getting exactly what I've paid for.

I normally love getting my seafood from here, but these last past couple times I’ve been disappointed. I went here yesterday ordered (crabs, mussels, crawfish, shrimps, veggies). My shrimp, mussels, and crawfish were undercooked and veggies as well. I don’t know what’s going on but they need to get it together when it comes to making the orders correctly. There’s no way that my shrimp should be closer to raw than cooked. I love coming to this place but they really fell off and I hate to say that. I gave 2 stars because they’re always nice but the food really hit the mark!

We ordered Dungeness crab legs. There was so much butter and barely any seasoning. Not to mention, I had to heat them up myself. $30 for 2 clusters was ridiculous and so not worth it.
2025 update: tried them again recently because so many people swear by them. However I was dissatisfied again and won’t be wasting anymore money here. I got steamed crawfish, snow crab legs and they were supposed to be black mussels but I was given green mussels. NOTHING was cleaned before they steamed and seasoned it; so all that could be tasted was salt water 🤢 there were literal barnacles on my crab legs and mussels. The barnacles and dirty shells were just sitting on top of the mussel meat, because they were stacked like on top of each other. The crawfish were so overcooked and disgusting that my animals even refused the meat from it 🤦🏽♀️ truly terrible, if I could give no stars then I would’ve.
