Crab Shack II Reviews
Food is good, you just need to double check your order before you leave, or they will forget your sides! This has happened to me 4 or 5 times.
Food is overly salty. Ordered $100 worth of platters just for them to pile a bunch of salt on everything. I asked for a Maryland crab platter and upgraded to $3crabs just to be given $1 crabs anyway. And I let them know to make the platter with no condiments or seasoning because of a allergy warning and they still piled on whatever seasoning salt they love to put on everything. I am highly unsatisfied. Never eating there again and I suggest you don’t either.
always fresh, good and the way I like them!!!

Crab Shack II offers okay food with good service, though it could be better. The cashier seemed unfriendly but improved after receiving a tip. Some customers found the crabs to be small in size, missing legs, despite good taste. The staff can come off as rude and unprofessional, but they still serve great food, especially loose crabs. Parking is available, and wheelchair access is facilitated with double doors. If you're willing to overlook the service, the food at Crab Shack II might just hit the spot. Recent reviews mention that the small crabs are horrible, and customers received double the amount of small crabs instead of large ones when asked. Some found the crabs to be mushy and overcooked, and service can sometimes be very rude, with staff acting as if questions bother them. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a place where good seafood can be enjoyed, especially for those who don't mind the occasional unprofessional attitude.
