Great fast food pasta. Which might seem like an oxymoron, but it can be done. Just like Vapiano- one of my favorite Italian places.

I think for $16, the quantity is kind of small and can be at least maybe 30% more. And with some side of bread at least with the meal. But not terrible. Also very salty. And cheese should always come with the pasta as it did for me.
Oversalted and oversauced. The pasta itself is nicely al dente, perhaps a bit on the undercooked side, but I wouldn’t get these again. Perhaps a lighter tomato-based option is the play. The cacio e pepe sauce seems to be bechamel-based as it tasted of flour, closer to an Americanized Alfredo sauce. It sat too heavily in the stomach.
