Dancerobot Reviews
Perfect choice for my first arrival to Philly. I love the vibe of the restaurant and the fusion dishes. Easy to reserve and late open helped come eith easier parking on the middle of the downtown. The restaurant located on the perfect streets with all the shopping. Great place to hang out. Highly recommended
This is probably the best meal I've had in Philadelphia. The service was attentive and generous, our waiter didn't miss a single detail. The food was incredible. My favorites were the black sesame brownie and the stuffed bell pepper. I will definitely be coming back, hungry for more!
This place deserves so much more credit. Fantastic meal and service. Great dishes with a fun twist that were perfect for sharing. Delicious drinks. The live jazz trio was a nice touch.

Dancerobot is a vibrant and creative restaurant that offers a unique dining experience with tasty and inventive food. The atmosphere is chic, lively, and perfect for both dinner and brunch. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing good guidance on the menu and making guests feel welcome. The restaurant is not high-end fine dining, so the service is friendly rather than white glove, but it fits well with the overall vibe.
The menu features a variety of standout dishes that showcase creativity and surprising flavor combinations. Popular items include the kanpachi (Japanese amberjack sashimi), which is fresh and served with an ideal acidic sauce, and the yamitsuki cabbage bao, which has a perfect sauce. The stuffed pepper and katsu curry with chicken and cheese are also highly recommended, with the curry portion being larger than expected. The eggplant dish, with its multiple layers and textures, receives praise, and the chef's special dishes often surprise diners. The brunch menu is also exceptional, with dishes like omurice and demi-glace receiving high praise for their balance and flavor.
Desserts such as monkey bread are a highlight, providing a perfect end to the meal. However, some dishes like the kare pan may not appeal to everyone due to their sweetness. The happy hour offers good-sized portions, and the overall experience is fun and memorable, especially with thoughtful touches like a complimentary dish and a Pokémon card from the chef. While some dishes may be pricey and not all are equally impressive, Dancerobot remains a popular spot for creative cuisine, great atmosphere, and friendly service.
