Dave’s Hot Chicken has received mixed reviews from customers. Some enjoyed the food, describing it as "THE BOMD.com" and "fire," with quick service and hot meals. The milkshake was highlighted as one of the best parts, being creamy and fresh. However, there was a complaint about customer service, where a young diner felt disrespected by the staff. Despite this, many praised the employees, especially one named Ladiashe, for being helpful and nice. Overall, the restaurant is known for its delicious food and friendly atmosphere, making it a spot some would return to.
