If you like smoky dive bars and live in this neighborhood, I would suggest this as your regular spot. The bartenders are very friendly, drinks are cheap, and you can have a smoke if you want to. I will definitely be back!
Did a quick stop in just killing time before going to the movies on a saturday afternoon. Was pleasantly surprised. Definitely a local-joint; the dozen people in the bar (maybe a quarter of it's capacity) seemed to all be chummy with each other, BUT they were extremely welcoming of my girlfriend and I (who were clearly outsiders, given that we were wearing "date night" fancy clothes rather than shorts and Phils shirts). Dee's is a family owned and run bar, they are very friendly and its a great place to kick back and have a few cold ones wit ya buddies, they have live music from time to time, a dart league which is about to start up, they just got a shuffleboard and getting ready to start a league with that as well.
