My food took over an hour to arrive. I checked the dominoes app and it says the driver was about 15 minutes away (I live around the corner from the store), so I called the store to figure out what’s going on. The girl who answered was very rude and dismissive. She kept telling me I was wrong about him being far away and that he would be there in 4 minutes. Driver then drove past my house and went back to the store and I proceeded to wait 20 more minutes for my food I called the store again but this time they hung up on me.

Every time I try to give Domino’s a chance they always F it up…. I ordered a pasta bowl and how you forget the pasta. I think some people just wanna do what they wanna do and that’s not cool. I’m spending my money. At least you can get my order right

Took over an hour for delivery, then when it arrived my pizza was crushed with toppings stuck to the lid of the box. The wings were on top of the pizza but weren’t crushed so it looked deliberate

Took advantage of the 9.99 unlimited toppings deal. Offered the thin crust with garlic Parmesan sauce with chicken and all the vegetables. INCREDIBLE! The ingredients were fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The GM (Famous) and his crew are amazing. My pizza is always a special order and they are always very accommodating. This would not be possible if they didn’t care. They listen and make it the way I like it. I am always satisfied. Their service is amazing and the faces haven’t changed in awhile which is nice. It must be a great place to work, as well. I really appreciate the love ❤️.

I ordered my pizza 10:40pm. Food was made at 10:50pm. It's now 11:50pm. I called because my food was late 1 hour. Lady who answered my phone (so called she's the manager) lied to me that the food was made 10 minutes ago and delivery driver is sending it out. I can see a live tracking in their kitchen.
Either way, I didn't pay for the food, got my guarantee, but the lie is what really set me off to make this review.
Always pay cash, then you can decline the food, which I did. Also, going to upper management in Domino's chain to report the lying behavior. Sad because usually the food is good.

I was basically robbed! Who ever the girl working Friday night is nasty and unprofessional and the driver should not be working if he can’t speak English and hangs up and says he delivered food that he did not! I placed an order through Uber Eats, hoping to provide a warm meal for my two toddlers. Unfortunately, the delivery driver seemed to have lost his way. In an effort to assist him, I tried to give clear directions over the phone. However, instead of receiving help or understanding, he abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, he marked my entire order as delivered without actually bringing it to my home.
At this point, I was left in a distressing situation with two hungry toddlers.. This was not just any meal it was our last bit of money spent on food that we desperately needed. In a panic, I reached out to customer service for assistance and a possible refund. However, my call was met with indifference and rudeness. When I spoke to the young lady at the store, she laughed at my predicament and put me on hold for what felt like an eternity—15 minutes of silence while I anxiously waited for help that never came. When I finally got back through to her, she dismissed my concerns by saying they were too busy to assist me further.
This experience has left me disgusted. Not only did I face a lack of support from Uber Eats during a critical moment for my family, but the dismissive attitude from the store’s staff added insult to injury. My children were left hungry and upset because of this ordeal. And I was completely robbed out of my money It is disheartening when companies fail to prioritize customer care and empathy in situations that matter most.

The young female employee who is answering the phone (11.30.24) at 7:44pm is not only rude but does not know how to properly do her job. We ordered at 6:49 and I signed up for text alerts and for the driver to call 2 minutes out. Somehow I received a voicemail but no actual call yet we still followed the updates from the online tracker too, my boyfriend headed to the door when the driver was around the corner. Long story short we didn't receive out food and the first time we called the girls just states the driver just got our order....but how if we already ordered at 6:49pm. I call a second time and explain our situation and give our order number (if a customer ever states they didn't get their food always ask/look for their order number....common sense) so she puts me on hold twice and stated the driver came back with our food due to us not answering our phone. Now we have to wait and additional 30 minutes which our food will surely be cold.
