Don Panchito Mexican Grill

Flavorless food. Boiled or steamed shrimps. No seasoning on beans or rice. The Barbacoa burrito was OK but everything else was mid at best. Also with it being halal, there is no pork option. Mexican food is big on pork.

The store is hard to find

The food was very below average. Poor presentation and preparation. The food looks NOTHING like the pictures and the food is not worth the price.

The service is poor. Huge lack of communication employees look as if they don’t know what they are doing. All of them looked confused.

The restaurant is poorly taken care of with a hole in the ceiling and tables were not reset. Can see in the back of the store a little and didn’t look kept.

We got confused with location. Young teenage kid worked there wasn't even helpful. Place had a stench ad smell and one man just starred at us and said nothing to us. We left and will never attempt as they are Not friendly.

Burnt burrito- I ordered from doordash and as soon as I picked up the bag I could smell something was burnt. I open the box and my burrito is literally black, I don’t know why they would serve this and expect someone to eat it.

Tried this place twice. First time placed on order online for pick up, came to pick about 20 mins after placing the order and they had me waiting for another 25 mins. Second time part of my order was Guac with Chips. Guac was good but the chips were stale and not regular type of chips that you get with Guac.

Never in my life have I tasted such dry flavorless food. Quesadilla was awful I can't even describe cause it was that terrible. The queso was the only thing with flavor & that cost $3 on the menu but dude charged me an extra $9 for some bland chips which is completely ridiculous. $30 for garbage This place is definitely not authentic by any means. Sad to say my experience here was deplorable. Hope this place does better

Stood around waiting for someone to come take my order for about 10 minutes watching the rain leak all over the kitchen so I walked out! Never again!

I ordered through uber eats! Idk what that was! I ordered a carne asada or steak burrito. They sent me a yucky shredded meat type with flavorless rice and black beans no salsas and a mini side or sour cream. For the price I was extremely disappointed. Tex Mex maybe yet wouldn’t call that a Mexican burrito no onions no cilantro no salsa.
