Wish I could give zero stars. Have had numerous issues with mobile orders, I don’t think employees read the orders. Every time I order a hot drink, it is made iced. I always have to check my food because they consistently throw the wrong item in there. Would not recommend.Updated review, now every time you tell someone your order is made wrong they just all laugh no apology.
If i could i would give it a -1 stars I understand a lot of my usual go to spots for breakfast before work are closed this should mean i would think that Dunkin would step their game up meaning there food has in the last few years fallen off again meaning (It's horrible) but i still tried being the situation well they continue to prove me right!!! I think in the last month, the mobile order has been right a collective one time. When you try to confirm that you ordered food or what food you ordered that you’re missing, they look at you like you have six heads. Then, when it gets “made,” it’s still ice cold. The star is only there because it’s a convenient location.
