I frequent this Dunkin a few times a week. I’m typically greeted by a guy sitting on a skateboard asking me for a dollar every morning. Staff is ok, definitely needs customer service/hospitality training. The lack of attention to detail is surprising though. Today my order was missing cold foam. People think of it as just a quick stop, but this location really stands out. The coffee was brewed just right, and the pastry was surprisingly fresh for the low price. A good value, though sometimes the lines get a little long.
Plenty of coffee but only handful of donuts. I came for donuts.
