Good place

Honestly, this place used to be better. I don't know what happened here but just wow. I ordered a Medium Hot Caramel Extra Extra and two donuts. The dude at the counter was too busy playing on his phone the entire time taking my order that he didn't hear me say hot coffee, caramel or extra sugar. I had to repeat myself three times before he got it right. They made my coffee but I had to ask for my donuts after waiting for them. They didn't even give me my receipt. Also, the coffee tastes horrible, like it's been sitting in the pot all day. It tastes burnt and watered down. I could barely taste the caramel and they definitely didn't give extra sugar..

They are working really slow and the food is coming out burn.

This Dunkin is in a bad location so it's not really their fault for the atmosphere. (ie homeless and addicts everywhere). I ordered at the drive through window the food and coffee came out quick and hot. The employees were attentive and courteous. All in all not a bad place to grab a quick meal. I gave the one star on the food because to me for some reason this locations coffee seems weaker than others and each cup tastes different than the last. A lil consistency in coffee grounds, sugar and creamer would go a long way.

It is one of the most nastiest places in Philadelphia. Very dirty, and employees have a bug attitude. Especially when they mess up your order, you ask them to correct it. They'll throw the bag at you. I have been a customer of Dunkin for 35 years, and I am now not sure about their franchisee requirements and qualifications. I guess you just need money to open a Dunkin restaurant, and qualifications and business ethics are secondary .
I threw my order in thrash! After looking at the good preparation, it is almost eating out of a dumpster. What a shame

I just came in there this morning and ordered a large tea. I grabbed the tea and the whole thing fell on my hand burning my hand. I tried calling corporate and I have no help since then I’m gonna keep continuing pushing this issue because the employee should have made sure that the cup was secured

The coffee and croissants was so nasty

I got a cinnamon raisin bagel requested extra cream cheese. Got zero cream cheese at all.
