They didn't honor gift cards from the Dunkin in the actual food court. And when I was about to order, the worker was staring at another customer instead of paying attention to me. When I ordered a multigrain bagel, she tried to give me another type. They have a captive audience now, with the food court being renovated.

The guy, who toasted my bagel and added the cream cheese, picked something off the floor while wearing his gloves, BUT DIDN'T CHANGE HIS GLOVES BEFORE TOUCHING MY FOOD. I didn't bother arguing. It went right into the trash. It's amazing that in 2023 America, people can't understand simple cleanliness standards that most five-year-olds can grasp. I've seen this other places, but for the volume and ubiquity of Dunkin' Donuts, you think corporate would hold their franchisees to higher standards. I'm afraid. I'm very afraid. Philly is known for not gaf about being "up to code."

Yet, you can't grab the correct donut when I say the exact name the labeled basket has with the donut I want. Oh, and not coffee drink are room temp.???

Took a one day trip to Philly Saturday and arrived at 30th St. station and purchased a oatmilk latte. I rushed out of the train station to meet my ride and was on the way to my mom's house and noticed that my latte had 4 Stevia which I did not order. The drink was not edible because it was too sweet. I also purchased two cinnamon rolls, which my mom 85 loves, but they were not cooked fully in the middle. On the way back through 30th St station, on my way home. I went back to the Dunkin' Donuts and I asked for a gift card so I can get another drink or something else on another day. I did not mention the undercooked pastry. The person called her manager and said I can only get another Latte. Since I was about to get on the train and it was late, I did not want to caffeinated drink and ask can I just get a water or bagel or something else. The person said the manager said I could only get a latte. Horrible customer service.

The person taking my order in a white shirt didn’t listen, didn’t look at me and screwed the order up. I generally tip very well and did not today. This is not how to start my day. Wawa will be my choice in the future! That’s him now laying with his feet on the counter of another business. As a consultant to the CEO I will share this experience.

They gave my order to the wrong person. When I informed them, a woman working at cash register blamed me for the mistake and implied that it was a scam. Didn't go to med school to scam Dunkin out of $14. Can't help but think that her response was racially motivated.Very disgusted.. Do not patronize racists.
Worst Dunkin' ever!! They're so rude !! Literally placed my order the lady didn't get my order right then managers had an attitude with me!! And didn't believe me when I told them that I ordered what I ordered!!

Horrible service... it was a hot mess. They got multiple peoples orders wrong and was extremely unorganized. I ordered the pumpkin latte and it was so sweet I literally could not drink it. Felt like I was drinking straight syrup. Wasted money on coffee that should be pretty standard... it's a franchised Dunkin' Donuts for peeps sake.

Today I was a terrible customer and the people working here were mostly kind and understanding. They are super quick with orders and everything seemed clean and fresh. Highly recommend this spot to grab something as you are heading to or from your train.

Went to this location waiting in the train station. My brother ordered respectfully and they treated him HORRIBLY. They were EXTREMELY homophobic, threw his receipt at him, and when a friend went back to make sure they didn't spit in his coffee they called her a racial slur in another language. This should NEVER be tolerated at a popular chain I would expect dunkin to do something about this.

I stopped here to get in ice coffee an he.they messt it up I try to give them a chance to fix it but they could not .I will not stop there every again . please watch them make your coffee it is not clean at .
