I never do this, but if I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, wouldn’t even let me use their public restroom. I literally got in my car and drove to a different one down the street. I recommend the Washington Ave one instead of this one.

They like to fill the cup up half way with coffee and do majority ice and milk. I don’t like that personally as a coffee drinker and a consistent customer. They are closed 30 minutes before the time they’re supposed to.
Recently, ordered a Holiday Cookie Latte and an Almond Croissant. Picked up both in a hurry because I was on break and had to get back to work. Got back and checked my order and there was no whipped cream, drizzle, or crumble that was suppose to come with the Holiday Cookie Latte and the almond croissant was completely under baked. The end part was the only part that was mostly cooked, the minute I took the second bite it immediately felt doughy in my mouth. It was disgusting! So doughy that I was able to form it into a ball before I threw it out! I'm so upset I wasted money on this. I genuinely hope I don't get sick.
I've been to this location a few times to grab flavored ice coffees and they have been fine but as soon as you order any seasonal drink they mess it up. This was the 2nd time I ordered the Holiday Cookie latte (1 iced, 1 hot) and both times it was incorrect. I'd say skip the donuts, pastries, and any seasonal drinks at this location or just bypass it and go to another location all together.

I am working locally, in a vehicle, not in an office building. I cannot bring a portable toilet with me everywhere I go, so when I have to use a bathroom I try to go places I’d already be stopping. Dunkin is usually very clean and they have great soap.
The folks that work here - I’m ready for them to return home. They don’t use toilets anyway. Went to Starbucks and was greeted with friendly service and faces.
I’m having the same damn issues every time I go to a Dunkin’ Donuts and I think I’m done.

They are so rude I told them no ice it’s for later and he got upset. So I told him regular sugar and he put a ton. Plus the donut was super old. I’ll never go to this dd again. I rather go to the local shops.

Asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel, new girl at counter charged me 3.99 for an 8 OZ tube of cream cheese, which is not what i asked for. other worker noticed it was wrong and then switched and said i was good to go. i asked about it & they tried to say they put extra on the bagel. 3.99 for extra cream cheese ???? wasn’t trying to give me my money back.
