Employees are friendly and mobile orders are promptly ready. A big thing that detracts from the store is the regular presence of individuals who provide the “door opening for tips” service - regardless of your interest. I kinda wish they’d put up some no loitering signs and shoo non-customers away.

⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I work two blocks away. The place looks inviting with a cozy ambiance that sets the perfect mood for a quick treat. The variety of donuts and beverages they offer is impressive.The service, however, varied among the employees. Some were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. On the other hand, a few seemed disinterested and less eager to assist. It would be great if the level of customer service was consistently high across the board.Nonetheless, the delicious donuts and tasty drinks make up for this minor inconvenience. I enjoyed my visit and will definitely return for the delightful treats and pleasant atmosphere.

Went in to buy something and use the facilities for my kids during Mummers Parade 2023. While I can understand no business wants to open their business for a flood of people, you gained a long line all day that you profited off of, and it's not ok to sell food and drink but not provide a bathroom at least to your patrons. So you took what benefitted you off others,, but chose not to serve the community. We went across the street and made purchases at another establishment that provided open restrooms.
