After eight solid years of being the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to, congratulations for being a complete failure.

It’s been tested every year with an open mind and still do not understand how it still exists. Get out of 30th street main hall.

I truly have never encountered someone so rude in food service. I wasn’t aware that to get the six dollar meal deal you had to add the hashbrowns yourself. I got my food that I overpaid for and let them know I was waiting on hashbrowns. The rude man working said “you didn’t get them check your receipt” and flicked the receipt on the bag. Could not have been ruder.

I really hate scrappy customer service and this location stink. Stop hiring miserable people and are mad at the world. They make every experience that bad. Terrible and will NEVER spend money here.

This is located inside the 30th Street Station. The iced coffee was good - almost as good as McD's version. Service was fast & friendly on this occasion. We had an issue with a very impatient male worker on a previous visit.

I ordered maple sugar bacon and a bagel. Before paying, I warned her that I was allergic to cheese and that she should be cautious. The person preparing my order served me without any care, using a glove that touched the cheese from other orders, and that's how he prepared my order. I told him about my allergy and could he change the glove and prepare my order correctly. This person was disrespectful, had a bad attitude, and was arrogant. If he doesn't know how to treat customers well, she shouldn't work there.

Terrible service the two guys working there could care less, flies on all of their donuts and anything sitting out! The donuts aren’t even properly displayed due to trying to keep the flies at bay. They charged me to add cold foam to a drink that was advertised with cold foam!!! This place needs to be shut down!!

Remade my coffee for me on the fly after I dropped it like a fool. Was a much needed assist early in the morning omw to the train

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I had been traveling all day with my kids on the plane and kindly asked the man at Dunkin' to fill my water bottle at his sink and he said no, but I could buy one of their bottles of water for $4 something. It was extremely rude and unsympathetic when they have a sick right there and could easily fill it for me to give my children a drink. There are no water fountains in 30th Street station, so Dunkin was my only option.

Stopped by this morning...the main one in the lobby. I witnessed about ten flies in the donut case having a grand time. Next , I look at the prep are... DISGUSTING. This place is a breeding ground for food poisoning. Never again!

I ask the cashier for a cup of water, he’s clueless and asks his coworker for help. His coworker puts in 2 dollars—and proceeds to give me a cup full of just ice and say “we don’t have water.”

Why would you not tell me there’s no water before letting me buy it, then walk away while I’m talking to you about it?

Very fast service and pleasant staff. I usually order the Apple Fritters. I miss the days when they were much larger borderline heavy.

Rude and unprofessional. Employees were completely disrespectful to my cousin. Maybe don’t work in customer service. Won’t be back. Do better, Dunkin.
