I never check if my order if right, and haven't had any issues yet. These people are telepathic. I hear the apple pay chime about 15 seconds before I arrive at the counter, and they're usually placing my order out as I walk up.

When you walk up, you will see a mobile order stand filled with orders that were ready too late for their customers, who had to abandon them to make their trains. Yours will join them in twenty minutes or so.

I asked for extra crispy bacon on maple bacon croissant and a French crueler. Got extra crispy bacon on a maple bacon, and a spiral pastry that was as soft as a fresh donut with the crunchy exterior (and similar taste) of a funnel cake.

Props to the late crew on this date 30 minutes prior to this review, they and the establishment are well and beyond their current rating.

I would strongly advise against visiting this Dunkin'. It is poorly managed, similar to many other locations operated by South Asians.

They served people behind me because they knew them . The sandwich tasted like bleach and I threw it away.

L&I or Philly Food Safety needs to inspect that place. Everything behind the counter looked unsafe to eat and messy. I visited on 12/24 at 8:45 PM and ordered 2 glazed donuts, 2 hash browns, and 1 sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin. The store associate informed me that they didn’t have any more glazed donuts and offered me 2 blueberry glazed donuts that had been sitting out all morning. According to him, they only receive donuts in the morning. I politely declined and pointed out that the mobile ordering kiosk should have been updated, as it appeared they didn’t have much of anything available.

I then requested 2 additional hash browns to replace the donuts, and he complied. However, I suspect he assumed I was catching a train soon and wouldn’t notice that he had given me cold food. All the hash browns were cold.

I returned to inform him, but he insisted they weren’t cold. Then, while still wearing gloves that seemed like they hadn’t been changed in a while (I can tell because I work in the food and hospitality industry), he touched the hash browns. I watched as he turned his back, put the same hard hash browns in the warmer for 30 seconds, and re-bagged them. About 15 seconds later, he pulled out some fresh hash browns and tossed 2 into one of the bags. The reheated hash browns were hard as a rock and tasted awful.

When I asked for a refund, he claimed he couldn’t issue one because of store policy. Honestly, it was ridiculous.

Overall shitty store, I’ve been a dunkin employee for 3 years and I’ve never been at a store with such rude and unproductive employees. They refused to give me a refund for the drink they messed up twice because they kept using flat sparkling water instead of opening a new bottle.

Super busy atmosphere but had time to order slowly because they now have a kiosk. Easy to order and pay. Main issue here was the quality of the food. The bagels I ordered were super toasted and if left another 5 seconds, would be considered burnt. The egg used for the sandwiches tasted a little funny on both of the sandwiches. Sadly, the amount of cream cheese put on a bagel was crazy small. Barely any. The hash browns had an overly oily taste, guess it was fried in overused oil. They forgot to give me the hash brown but when I went back it was quick and fixed.
