Dunkin'

Stopped by this morning...the main one in the lobby. I witnessed about ten flies in the donut case having a grand time. Next , I look at the prep are... DISGUSTING. This place is a breeding ground for food poisoning. Never again!

I ask the cashier for a cup of water, he’s clueless and asks his coworker for help. His coworker puts in 2 dollars—and proceeds to give me a cup full of just ice and say “we don’t have water.”

Why would you not tell me there’s no water before letting me buy it, then walk away while I’m talking to you about it?

Very fast service and pleasant staff. I usually order the Apple Fritters. I miss the days when they were much larger borderline heavy.

Rude and unprofessional. Employees were completely disrespectful to my cousin. Maybe don’t work in customer service. Won’t be back. Do better, Dunkin.

This guy named shiraz or something like that, Indian fellow was horrible. He had such a sour attitude towards people and I’m not sure how he is working at a Dunkin. I hope this gets to the manager. Very rude to everyone not just me too. Get this guy fired!

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The workers seem to not care, neglecting proper temperatures for the food or even taking the time to put the sandwich together properly. It’s not great.

It’s terrible because I like Dunkin! I frequent several other locations frequently and they’re all excellent. But this once needs a serious overhaul or change in staff.

Sidebar: having to be reminded to change your gloves as a food sever is nuts. Not good.

Fast service however, I am a type 1 diabetic and request sugar free vanilla, within 20 mins my glucose went from 94 to 171. So, I am fairly certain DD gave me regular vanilla syrup. This is now the second time this month this has happened. Please do better! It’s my health at the end of the day, and I trust people to listen when I specify sugar free syrups.

Gave me the wrong kind of donut and it was way smaller than the ones on display

This is the Dunkin’ in the main hall, and there’s actually a second, less crowded one, near the SEPTA Regional Rails. America Runs on Dunkin’ especially when it’s the only option in the train hall (but for a Pret down the hall).

the coffee and service is good even at 9 PM

Order is Wrong Every Time. Orders get mixed up, items missing, if you order donuts they give you just any kind - not what you actually ordered. Good luck getting a receipt. The hot food is pretty good though.

Honey I’ve shrunk the donuts. Ordered 2 donuts and I checked the bag to make sure I got them both. I did. Shrinkflation or quality control issue?
