Came in for a Chai latte while waiting for my train. I also asked for a cup of hot water, which I was told was two dollars. I then asked for a cup of cold water which I was informed would also be two dollars. I believe this is a very greedy business practice and will not be coming back. I recommend going to the dunkin down the street.

The guy, who toasted my bagel and added the cream cheese, picked something off the floor while wearing his gloves, BUT DIDN'T CHANGE HIS GLOVES BEFORE TOUCHING MY FOOD. I didn't bother arguing. It went right into the trash. It's amazing that in 2023 America, people can't understand simple cleanliness standards that most five-year-olds can grasp. I've seen this other places, but for the volume and ubiquity of Dunkin' Donuts, you think corporate would hold their franchisees to higher standards. I'm afraid. I'm very afraid. Philly is known for not gaf about being "up to code."

I have never seen such a service, this Indian for 50 years was disgustingly talking to everyone rudely. I donated blood and they gave me a card for free coffee and egg & cheese wrap. He looked at me as if I had reached into his pocket. but the young man works there very well, make orders better from him, so as not to spoil your mood.

i came here late at night as a last resort i ordered a egg sandwich and drink, it came to $10 witch seemed super steep i asked for a recipe to review the order but they wouldn’t give it to me. when i get my order they had added a lot and so i asked for a refund for the things i didn’t order but they insisted i did. they refused to give me a refund and i’d give them back what was not mine but they were super rude.

The young man helping me with my order was fantastic, he was quick and correctly got my order. The older woman, i'm assuming she was either a manager or just someone who has been there longer, was INCREDIBLY condescending to him. She confused my order and ignored him when he tried correcting her, and made me run late for my train.

Do go to the Dunkin Donuts in front of the Regional Rail Line. The service is terrible and coffee is bad. The person in charge treat the customers terrible and there workers. ONLY GO TO THE DUNKIN DONUTS ON THE LOWER SIDE ACROSS FROM WENDY'S.
