My sandwich was a bit burnt. I was in the drive thru, it shouldn't have taken so long. Also they homeless man outside the drive thru shouldn't be there. I understand he's homeless but people don't want to go thru that everytime they come to your establishment.

i come through the drive thru quite regularly and the staff is always friendly. you can tell that they are working hard, just to keep up with such a high demand of customers. They keep the drive through line moving nonetheless and make my latte perfectly. thank you dunkin staff <333
