I ordered a Churro coffee and a sausage and cheese on an everything bagel. No eggs because ALLERGY (you need to do something about these piss poor sandwiches that you force egg on). The app said churro was available, and apparently, it's not. But did anyone update the app at this location? Nope. And my sandwich came with 2 sausages that I did NOT ask for on a PLAIN BAGEL. No one even had enough courtesy to tell me they may've been out of that bagel. But they are also supposed to update their store on the app. And why on God's Green Earth would I want 2 TWO nasty pork soy patties? You don't offer the option to add bacon to anything.Dunkin sucks now, unless it's run by Korean people. ESPECIALLY since COVID.Sticking to the Korean-owned DDs from now on.Shame, because I just moved near here, excited to have a Dunkin. Excitement is dead now. Ruined my whole day.

How the hell yu open at 530am and serving stale food at 604am I’m so mad i was omw to work so i couldn’t go back im 5 months pregnant i nvr experienced nothing like this from any other Dunkin, of course they don’t answer the phone i will nvr go back to this one left an extremely bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively

Service was slow, especially considering not many customers were here at the time. Food wasn't very hot when it eventually came out.
I've been the 5 x on different days of the week, at different times, including 6 am.Not once have I gotten a single FRESH glazed doughnut. They are ALWAYS stale and the galze is watery like it's a day old.If you're in the area, better go to the one on Market St. and 40th or 42nd. It has:1. Fresh doughnuts every time.2. Much better ambiance (cleaner and newer.)3. Better service.
